How to Build the Perfect Açaí Bowl the Brazilian Way (Our Five Steps)
Anyone can pour açaí into a cup. Building a bowl that looks — and tastes — like açaí da praça takes five deliberate steps. This is literally how ours are made.
Step 1 — The base, thick as it should be
Real açaí is blended thick and creamy, not as a drink. Ours comes from 100% organic frozen pulp from Pará; choose plain organic or the guaraná pairing. Texture is quality control: if it pours, something went wrong with the liquid.
Step 2 — Fruit, cut fresh the same day
Strawberry, banana, pineapple, kiwi and blueberry go on while they still hold their shine. Fruit is the flavor spine of the bowl — every other layer hangs on it.
Step 3 — Crunch
Granola, chia, coconut and paçoca provide the contrast that makes each spoonful interesting. We keep the clusters coarse on purpose.
Step 4 — The Brazilian signature
Condensed milk in a thin drizzle and powdered milk on top are not decorations; they are the traditional finish that distinguishes real açaí from a purple smoothie. You can skip them — but then you are not having açaí, you are having açaí-shaped yogurt.
Step 5 — The balance rule for custom bowls
When you build your own, aim for: two fruits, one crunchy element, one sweet, and a generous hand of granola. The first five toppings are included in every bowl price; after that, each extra is $1. Order on WhatsApp and send us your build — we confirm the total before anything starts.
Be different. Be a rebel. Even in how you top a bowl.
